Gemstone Tier Enchantment System

The Costume Gemstone Tier Enchantment system allows players to enhance their costumes by adding gemstones with different tier levels.

Each gemstone provides unique enhancements or effects based on its tier, offering players the opportunity to improve their costumes' stats or visual effects.

NPC Name: Keitenai Equips - Allows enchanting equipment up to three tiers. The fee for each enchant is 15k cash points.
